Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time paid search specialist now exceeds $60,000 plus benefits (good luck finding a reliable one under that price).

Also, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy all year, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize. With our plan, you can cancel at anytime and resume when you need us again.

For our current plans, there is a maximum spending limit.

Appdore will dedicate 10-12 hours per month to your account for maintenance, optimization, and keyword analysis. Additionally, we will commit 1-2 hours per month to create easy-to-read reports.

Note: We must have your account goal (objective), proper account access, and a paid invoice to start.

When giving out platform access, you only need to give us Standard access, not Admin. Additionally, you should have 2-step authorization activated for additional safety!

Yes. If the client wants to work on an entirely new account, it will require additional hours and fees. This is how we keep things organized for new accounts.

  1. Introductory client call
  2. The new account invoice is sent out
  3. Campaign planning via spreadsheet (keywords, ad copy, targeting, and projected costs)
  4. New landing pages creation (if needed)
  5. New spreadsheet setup for managing the leads (if needed)
  6. Setup GA4 goals through GTM
  7. Account is created
  8. The campaign is uploaded into the account (and about 50+ other options must be checked and linked)
  9. Setup Google Looker Studio for your client dashboard
  10. After the campaign has been active for a month to finish learning, we’d start the ongoing optimization, analysis, expansion, A/B tests, etc.
  11. Finally, we’d provide updates and create reports

You might be surprised to hear this, but Appdore is actually an agency of one. This means you’ll work directly with me, Cartez, the founder of Appdore. Occasionally, I’ll work with a paid social specialist at one of the Houston/Katy coffee shops for specific social, retargeting, or SEO tasks.
