Appdore, LLC (“Appdore”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), cannot issue a refund for the services that we render. This list of services includes website designs, pay per click (PPC) services, digital marketing services, photography, and content writing. We take a careful approach to help you get the quality possible however we have no control over the constant algorithm changes of third-party companies/websites.

Appdore does not have control over the policies and practices of third-party companies/websites such as, but not limited to, Google, Microsoft, Yelp, or similar sites. Appdore does not have control over third-party social media companies and practices such as, but is not limited to, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, or similar businesses.

The client assumes all risk, responsibility for all client website(s) content, photos, social media content, and graphics. The client also assumes all risk, and responsibility, for content that is posted to any social media site, by Appdore, LLC, on the client’s behalf.

Monthly Plans Cancellation Policy

Appdore clients on an ongoing monthly marketing plan may cancel their plan, with 30 days prior written notice. Appdore does not refund partial month payments. Cancellation only applies after the 15-day cancellation waiting period is over. The client will be charged for any work done during the 15 cancellation period. The client will receive a refund based on the remaining full months after the cancellation waiting period is over.

Note: Clients who receive a new website design, as part of an ongoing monthly marketing plan, are not eligible to cancel their plan in the first 60 days. If the client cancels before the 60-day requirement, the total of all unpaid pending monthly charges will be owed.
