Cancellations

Appdore, LLC (“Appdore,” “Appdore.com,” “Company,” “We,” or us”) cannot issue a full refund for the services that we render. This list of services includes website designs, pay-per-click (PPC) services, digital marketing services, photography, and content writing. We take a careful approach to help you get the quality possible however we have no control over the constant algorithm changes of third-party companies/websites.

Appdore does not have control over the policies and practices of third-party companies/websites such as, but not limited to, Google, Microsoft, Yelp, or similar sites. Appdore does not have control over third-party social media companies and practices such as, but is not limited to, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, or similar businesses.

The client assumes all risk, responsibility for all client website(s) content, photos, social media content, and graphics. The client also assumes all risk, and responsibility, for content that is posted to any social media site, by Appdore, LLC, on the client’s behalf.

Monthly Plan Cancellation

Appdore cannot issue a refund for the services rendered for the monthly plan.

Appdore clients on the monthly membership plan, such as the paid search plan or paid social plan may cancel their plan with a 10-day prior written notice. If platform access is removed, Appdore will assume that the marketing plan or membership plan has been canceled by the client. All client files and/or reports will be available for download up to 30 days, after cancellation. All client files and/or reports will be available for download up to 30 days, after cancellation by removal of platform access.

Quarterly Plan Cancellation

Appdore cannot issue a refund for the services rendered for the current month. Appdore will provide a prorated refund for the remaining months of the quarterly plan.

Appdore clients on the quarterly membership plan, such as the paid search plan, paid social plan, or SEO plan, may cancel their plan with a 10-day prior written notice. If platform access is removed, Appdore will assume that the marketing plan or membership plan has been canceled by the client. All client files and/or reports will be available for download up to 30 days, after cancellation. All client files and/or reports will be available for download up to 30 days, after cancellation by removal of platform access.

Yearly Plan Cancellation

Appdore cannot issue a refund for the services rendered for the current month.  Appdore will provide a prorated refund for the remaining months of the yearly plan.

Appdore clients on the yearly membership plan, such as the paid search plan, paid social plan, or SEO plan, may cancel their plan with a 10-day prior written notice. If platform access is removed, Appdore will assume that the marketing plan or membership plan has been canceled by the client. All client files and/or reports will be available for download up to 30 days, after cancellation.
